Samenvatting
Ivan Sammut is an Associate Professor and holder of a Jean Monnet Chair in EU law within the Department of European and Comparative Law at the Faculty of Laws of the University of Malta. He graduated with a Doctor of Laws, LLD, in 2002 and holds an LL.M. from the College of Europe (Bruges) and a PhD from the University of London. Prof Sammut has published various articles in Malta and peer-reviewed international journals.
Ivan Mifsud graduated with a Doctor of Laws, LLD, in 1999 and a PhD in Administrative Law in 2008. After thirteen years working for the Maltese Parliamentary Ombudsman, he joined the University of Malta as a resident academic in September 2013. He is head of the Department of Public Law and Dean of the Faculty of Laws. He has authored various contributions to books and also two monographs.
