Samenvatting
The Holy Spirit is the person who imparts to the individual believer the power that belongs to God. This is the Holy Spirit's work in the believer, to take what belongs to God and make it ours. But what sort of a Person is He? Is He a finite person or an infinite person? Is He God?
R.A. Torrey was a prominent American evangelist, pastor, educator, and author who played a significant role in the development of American evangelicalism in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. "The Person and Work of the Holy Spirit" is one of R.A. Torrey's most influential works.
This new edition is followed by 'The Power of the Holy Spirit,' which is drawn from R.A. Torrey's earlier work 'How To Obtain Fullness Of Power,' originally published in 1897."
